WHO ARE THEY?
Founded in 1908 by the Brodsworth Main Colliery Sports and Pastimes Club and changed their name for the first time to Brodsworth Miners Welfare, they played in the Yorkshire league in various spells before leaving in 1976, they reappeared in the 1980's in the Doncaster Senior League before promotion to the NCEL in 1988 winning promotion to the NPL Premier in 1999.

2006 saw another name change, to Brodsworth Welfare, finishing their first season in 6th but they soon struggled at the bottom and ended up resigning from the NCEL in 2011 and folding, the club then reappeared after Adwick Park Rangers assumed the Brodsworth Welfare name, another name change to AFC Bentley in 2016, another relaunch saw the club renamed Brodsworth Main in 2018 before being dissolved in 2020, another resurrection saw the return of Brodsworth Welfare in 2022, another merger, this time with Hatfield Town last year saw yet another name change back to Brodsworth Main!

They were runners up in the Sheffield and Hallamshire Senior Cup in 2009, losing to Stocksbridge at Hillsborough.
