We are seeking a Volunteer Head of Football Admin to manage the club’s administrative and regulatory responsibilities, ensuring compliance with league, FA, and County FA rules. This is a vital role in the smooth running of our football operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Act as the primary point of contact with the FA, County FA, league officials, and opposition clubs on all football administration matters.
* Manage player registrations, contracts, and transfers, ensuring all paperwork is correct and deadlines are met.
* Oversee compliance with league and FA rules, procedures, and disciplinary matters.
* Liaise with match officials, league and cup competition administrators, and ensure timely submission of match reports and results.
* Work closely with the Matchday Secretary and other volunteers to ensure smooth matchday operations.
* Attend first-team fixtures, home and away, where possible (supported by other volunteers).
* Respond promptly and professionally to emails, calls, and other communications.

Person Specification
* Experience: Previous experience as a football secretary (or similar) at Step 4 or above
* Knowledge: Familiarity with FA, County FA, and league processes and IT systems including player contracts, registrations, and disciplinary procedures.

Skills:
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* IT literate and comfortable using online systems and spreadsheets.
* Strong communication skills - clear, courteous, and responsive.
* Ability to work under time pressure, particularly around registration deadlines or fixture changes.
