We had expected to play the next round of the Macron Cup on Saturday 9th November at home against Ellesmere Rangers or Cleator Moor Celtic. However, that tie was postponed due to a waterlogged pitch and has been re-arranged for the 9th. Our original league opponents on 9th - Prestwich Hayes - are still involved in the Macron Cup.

Therefore, instead of having a blank Saturday, we have managed to bring forward a league fixture to 9th November and we will host Daisy Hill on this date instead of at the end of December. As well as avoiding a weekend without football it has the added benefit of improving our Christmas and New Year fixture schedule. Our thanks to Daisy Hill for agreeing to the swap.

Our Macron Cup tie with the winners of Ellesmere Rangers and Cleator Moor Celtic is now TBC. We will update you as and when we have this confirmed

The league game with Prestwich Heys will be on Tuesday 26th November at 7.45pm

Meanwhile in the County Cup, although drawn away due to the competition rules, we will now host the 3rd round tie with Jubilee Sports under the lights at the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground here at Emley on Wednesday 13th November with a 7.45pm kick off.
