Emley look to home comforts again

AFC Emley are back on home soil this Saturday(3pm) when Nostell Miners Welfare make the short 13 mile trip from South East Wakefield to face an Emley side who will be eager to get back home from 3 consecutive away trips, which only yielded 1 point from a possible 9.
A draw at Grimsby Borough was sandwiched in between a 1-0 defeat at Dronfield and last week's 3-0 reversal at Skegness Town, which leaves the Pewits in 12th place in the Northern Counties East League Division 1.
Joe Howson will be keen to start picking up some valuable league points and will look to maintain their decent home form, Emley have only lost once at home in the league since the end of September, a 2-0 loss to Glasshoughton,
a run that includes impressive results over 2 of the top 4, a 2-2 with 2nd placed Grimsby Borough and a thrilling 4-3 win over 4th placed Worsbrough Bridge.
Nostell will prove a tough nut to crack though, currently 7th and unbeaten in the league since the end of October after a 4-2 defeat at leaders Campion, although they've drawn their last two games a 2-2 away at Shirebrook
Town and 0-0 at home to Dronfield Town last Saturday.
