Emley AFC are delighted to welcome League One side Barnsley FC to the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground on Tuesday 1st July. Kick-off is at 7pm, with gates opening from 5pm.

This game marks our second summer showdown against League One opposition, following Saturday's clash with Huddersfield Town's first team, which saw an impressive 1,977 supporters through the gates. We would love to see similar support for this fixture.

It’s Barnsley’s turn to test the Pewits, as manager Conor Hourihane brings his first-team squad to Emley for what promises to be another fantastic evening of football.

With preparations for the new season building momentum, this is a rare chance to see professional clubs at our historic ground – right in the heart of the village.

Parking
Please park responsibly around the village and be prepared for a short walk to the ground as things are expected to be busy. The Emley AFC car park is strictly limited to pre-booked VIP and blue badged holders only.

Access to Emley AFC
Three turnstiles will be open - all accessed via the main entrance located opposite the white cross in the village adjacent to the shop.

Food & Facilities
All outlets will be serving food and drink from 5pm, when gates open. You can pay by cash or card/contactless at all our outlets.

For those familiar with the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground, there will be additional hot food and drink outlets available near turnstile three adjacent to the cricket gate. There will also be additional toilet facilities available in this area.

Programme
Please collect any pre-ordered programmes by presenting your collection QR code at the programme collection points located after the turnstiles.

If you haven’t already pre-ordered your programme. There will be additional copies for sale on the day, but these will be very limited, priced at £4.

Raffle
Adjacent to the programme sales/collection points will be our match day raffle. All raffle donations will be for Emley's St.Michaels Church.

Dogs
Sorry, no dogs (except assistance dogs) are allowed at our two pre-season fixtures at Emley.
