Alex joined at the start of Richard Tracey’s reign and has given everything for the badge since August 2019. We are incredibly sad to see him go, but immensely grateful for all he has contributed during his time at the club. Everyone at Emley AFC would like to place on record their heartfelt thanks to Alex, and we wish him nothing but the very best for the future.

Following this, first-team manager Richard Tracey made a further announcement on Tuesday (9 Sept) that he has has appointed Jack Cowgill as club captain. Chris Dawson will take on the role of vice-captain.
