Emley look for first over countrymen as Hallam visit again.

AFC Emley are back on home soil on Saturday when they face another stern test against another promotion hopeful in Hallam at the Fantastic Media Welfare Ground(3PM).
The 2 sides are no strangers to each other, this will be the 3rd meeting between the 2 in less than 2 months, with Hallam victorious in the league game in Sheffield in January and in the NCEL League cup game at Emley 2 weeks ago.
After losing narrowly in 2 games against 3rd place Nostell in recent weeks, Emley will be confident that they can finally get one over on their South Yorkshire rivals, despite the two losses (3-1 in the league and 1-0 in the cup) Emley were very much competitive in both games and possibly deserved more, but as proven constantly, if you don't take chances you don't usually win games, Emley have been particularly wasteful in recent games.
Form wise, Emley have won 3 and lost 3 of their last 6, while their visitors have won 4 lost 1 and drawn 1 from their last 6, both teams have scored 12 but Hallam's defence has only conceded 5 to Emley's 9.
Hallam, currently sit 5th in the Northern Counties East League first division, and Emley are sitting 12th, just below mid table.
But with a good home support behind them, Emley will hope to turn the form books upside down and push themselves closer to the top half of the table.
